  Pawling Central School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony DiCarlo as Interim Superintendent of Schools, effective July 9, 2025. Mr. DiCarlo will assume the role following Superintendent Dr. Kim Fontana's retirement at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

• Pawling Middle School Pickup and Dropoff Procedures

  If you choose to drive your child to and/or from school, please note the following important drop off and pick up times: 

  Morning Drop Off: Middle school cars should be parked in front of the middle school before 7:44 am.  Parents who are dropping off their child(ren) should plan to arrive no earlier than 7:30 am, and they must remain parked with their children until the arrival time of 7:45 am.  The stop sign by the high school is shut down by 7:44 every morning.  At 7:45, all roadways are stopped and students are released from buses and vehicles.   Students should exit their vehicle and walk up to the school when signaled to do so.  

  Afternoon Pick Up: Middle school cars should be parked in front of the middle school before 2:35 pm. Parents who are picking up their child(ren) should plan to arrive no earlier than 2:25 pm and no later than 2:35 pm.  The stop sign by the high school is shut down by 2:35 pm every afternoon.  At 2:40 pm, all roadways are closed and students begin to walk to their buses and vehicles.
